Directions Inside The Community:
- Once you enter the Swiss Chalets community, stay to your left (straight) and we are the first home on the left.
- The road in the community is very tight. It is also two-way. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY on the Swiss Chalets private road. Thank you!! PLEASE see the pictures on our listing for any help finding the Swiss Chalets community.
-Please do not turn around in other chalet driveways. When leaving the unit, if you have a large truck, please back down the way you came in. If you have a small truck/car/SUV, please continue all the way around the community. It is a steep hill but you can make it!

Front Door / Property Access:
-The door has a coded entry. Code will be provided on Check In day.
- When leaving the home, the front door automatically locks. Please ensure you close it all the way.
Parking:
- Snug driveway parking for two vehicles is reserved for you.
- There is a street parking spot for 1 additional vehicle that is off of a cliff so be careful as you are parking and exiting the vehicle. Assess your safety and steps before you get out of the car.
- Street parking spot is not suitable for large vehicles as road is very narrow.
- Reference photos in listing for additional guidance on parking.

Quiet Times:
- We are located in a residential community, and as such, we ask that you respect the neighbor's privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, we request you keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Smoking:
- Our home is smoke free. No smoking, including vaping, is allowed inside the home or near an open door.
- You may smoke on the decks with the door closed.
- If our cleaning crew reports signs of inside smoking, it will be considered damage to the Chalet, and you will be charged the $200 security deposit.

Breakages:
- Our security deposit is $400. We understand that sometimes accidents happen. Should you break anything, please let us know immediately. If it is minor, we usually will not charge you.
- If it is a larger issue (e.g., the TV screen or permanent damage to furniture), we would like to agree on the damage fee with you before you leave to avoid future issues. Thank you!

○ Please clean-up immediately if your dog has an accident inside. Also, please pick-up your doggy's droppings while you are walking them outside.
○ Only towels in the doggy basket may be used for your dog. If our cleaning staff report that any white towels were used for dogs, a replacement fee of $25 per used towel will be charged to your account.
○ Dogs are not allowed on the sofa without the use of the special doggy blanket. Please make sure to place our special doggy blanket/sofa cover on our furniture before you let your fur babies join you.
○ Dogs are not by any means allowed on the beds or linens. If our cleaning crew reports that dogs were on the bed, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per bed will be charged to your account.
